how can I erase the code P0135

Question

I read all the possible symptoms for it and already change these sensors throtle position,map,idle control valve O2 sensor,even i already change the ECM computer. I still have the error code coming on as soon as I turn on my car........can somebody help me whit this problem?

There any exhaust leak near or even a cracked exhaust manifold , P0135 the heater circuit , even if the heater circuit is working reaching closed loop is not achieved
