Sensor 1 are the upstream 02 sensor or the engine management sensor , Bank are locations such as Bank 1 or Bank 2. Since the Rav 4 is a 4 cylinder car you only have one bank and 2 Sensor location , Sensor 2 location are catalytic monitor which monitor the catalytic convertor ability to clean harmful emission emitted into the atmoshphere
