Estimated cost of repair for P0459?

I have a 2008 Kia Rio LX with a check light on..code that came up was P0459. I just moved to a new city and need to pass inspection but o I cannot do so with this light on. What should I be expecting to pay for this fix? I have appointments with a few mechanics tomorrow.
