I had the codes up for vacuum malfunction
and also for the MAF sensor.
i cleaned the MAF sensor and the code of that went away, i also cleaned the throttle body while cleaning the MAF and the intake.
so now Im having trouble accelerating as when i got the codes it said to change MAF sensor and reprogram the engine control module, which i couldnt do.
can the problem be because of that, i am trying to save money so i really hope its nothing else and where can i go to get the ECM reprogrammed if that is causing the issue?
it revs then hesitates and its all completely random and i never know when the engine would act up and hesitate to accelerate..

Just replace the MAF sensor. Ensure there is no vacuum leaks or torn MAF air duct to throttle body that would create false air. Cleaning the MAF sensor is always a good step. when its faulty its faulty, And yes as for the reprogram that was for a P0100 . Replace the MAF if there is no drivabilty concern after the MAF leave it alone.
