what causing a misfires and car run rough?

Codes come up everytime I start the car or drive after a few min p0174 bank 2 is too lean is always stays there even when I clear it with obd scanner Other codes come up are p0348 p0352 p0350

P0348 Camshaft position sensor circuit high input

P0352 Ignition coil B Primary / Secondary circuit malfunction

P0350 Coil primary /secondary circuit malfunction

The ignition coil is causing the misfire condition, as  long as there is a misfire condition the ECM (or DME) will shut off that cylinder fuel injector, Look into the ignition coil connection even along its harness and check for any wire rot
