Where can I find sensors and parts to fix these codes?

These code, Nissan has a TSB about this, TSB # 09-148A The action that you are to take is to replace the control valve assembly. Here a TSB article:

P0840   ^ P0845   ^ P0744   ^ P1777   ACTIONS ^ Replace the Control Valve Assembly with the part listed in the Parts Information section of this bulletin. Reference SECTION TM, CONTROL VALVE Removal and Inspection in the 2008 or 2009 Rogue Electronic Service Manual (ESM) for directions to be used for all Applied Vehicles.   ^ Erase the EEP ROM calibration data in the TCM and allow it to recalibrate. Reference NTB08-064; CVT AND 5 SPEED A/T INITIALIZATION INFORMATION for directions.   PRECAUTIONS WHEN REPLACING CVT CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY Transmissions are vulnerable to particles (dust, metal, lint, etc.). ^ When replacing a CVT Control Valve Assy., make sure your work environment (shop, workbench, etc.), the transmission area (sub-frame, oil pan, harness connector, etc.), and your hands are free of contamination.   ^ Make sure all parts are clean prior to installing on the vehicle.   ^ Only unpack Service Parts just before installation.
