Do i still need to replace my upstream o2 sensor if my check engone light shut back off?

I have driven the car for about a week since I got the DTC and it just shut back off on my way home from work tonight

I would wait and see if the light comes back on. If the light went off on it's own it means whatever happened with the sensor to turn the light on has been resolved. Then, if the light returns and it has the same code you should replace the sensor.
