why does my dodge journey say the oil is overheating?

when I drive my journey around to and get it warm, and let it sit and idle with the ac on for about 15 min it will say the oil is hot before it says it is hot it will say that the oil is 201. when the oil spikes the check engine light comes on and the electric throttle control come on and the traction control turns off. I have replaced the oil temp sensor and it is still doing... please and thanks for any help!

Does this set a P0196. Either reprogram the PCM or replace the PCM and reprogram. This  is common code problem and in most cases the PCM was replaced. as the reprogram did not work
