Can it be driven safety, this depends on what the cause is , a stuck open camshaft oil control valve will set a P0025 which is located on Bank 2, the vehicle will not idle right and you will experience rough idle. but during  cruising it will smooth out. Just resolve the issue as soon as possible, Anytime the CK ENG LT comes on it means you are exceeding  emission limit where the catalytic convertor can not perform its work which is to clean up harmful emission from entering into the atmosphere.
