My 03 hummer h2 is throwing p085 code and where is this solenoid loacted

I'm unable to turn key back all the way or take out of ignition and these are codes it's throwing p085 ,p0740, p1860. I'm wondering where the solenoids are located to check them

P0850 Park/ Neutral switch input circuit
P0740 TCC solenoid open or short to ground
P1860 TCC solenoid open or short to ground
The first way to start is check the fuse for the TCC this is a fuse protected solenoid. listed as IGN 0 which is a 10 amp fuse. as for the ignition where you can not take out the key the shift interlock actuator on these vehicles tend to fail and the only resolve is to replace the shift interlock
