Changed Catalytic Converter Manifold + O2 sensor and now have P0171, P1030 & P1148

Question

Had the check engine light on and replaced  the Cat and O2 sensor and now have 3 codes. P0171, P1030 & P1148. What should I do?

P0171 Fuel trim lean Bank 1

P1030 02 sensor circuit malfunction

P1148 Closed loop control

Have the 02 sensor part checked, these condition would mean there is a incompatible 02 sensor installed
