OBD11 system "not ready" Told to drive. What to do or how long to drive?

State of Az found OBD11 system "not ready."  I was told no repair needed but to drive it.  15 minute drive didn't change the testing result.  Told to check with Jaguar about how long driving is needed to make it ready.  Battery had gone dead a year ago for nonuse but I've had a maintainer on the battery since.  What to do?  Thanks.

You may have to drive it more than 15 minutes. It's not how long you drive but how and where you drive. You may need to drive at freeway speed,  constant speeds and for longer period of time, around 30-45 minutes.
