'99 Honda Civic Code 0135

Question

I've replaced O2 Sensor, Code cleared, CEL light keeps coming back on. I've checked the Fuses and they are fine

P0135 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction

How long has the CK ENG LT for P0135 been on for,? The best way to resolve this is to check the heater circuit for its 12 volts supply ti the 02 sensor. P0135 when it comes to a Honda if its not the 02 sensor  the problems is in the ECM
