driving an 02 saturn sl with a just off idle skip

I had a plug wire arcing across wire boot on the coil. I changed wires and plugs since then it has an off idle skip. I've tested tps, egr, checked coils and module for physical damage and changed crank position sensor.
Vehicle: 02 saturn sl, 1.9
