I have a 04 town and country it ran perfect till other day, it started out of the blue to shake while backing out of a parking spot and would only Rev up to 2800rpm's  above that it will misfire. I thought this was because I just bought gas after flooding in our area. I drained as much gas as I could out of tank and did get a little water b out, plus I added Heet and Seafoam to gas no help, so I replaced coil no help, used scan tool got a code for coil and p0300 code. I've ck sparkplugs, wires, fuel pressure all good, listened to injectors w a auto stethoscope all sounded the same. I'm going to spray around intake w carb or brake clean spray to ck for leaks. Also read other blogs about wires to injectors melting by exist. I still have things to ck but I guess my real question is will it hurt or should I drive it in this condition?  A mechanic friend said to "just drive it" to drive out any bad gas left in tank. But I've read if lean it can burn engine up, so not sure what to do.

P0300 Random misfire

If there is water in the fuel tank you will burn the fuel pump and render it useless. Yes you can drive it but you risk damage to the fuel pump depending how much water is in the fuel tank
