How can i tell if my ECU is out?

Is my ECU Bad, how can i tell. Is there an OBD2 Code? 1996 Toyota Camry LE 2.2L dohc naturally aspirated, manual.

Several ways to tell , one way is does the CK ENG LT come on when you turn the ignition to the on , the CK ENG LT should come on, ( provided that the light buld is good) . Another way is to measure the DLC pin 4 or 5 which is the ECM gound, it should be less than ,05 volts..
