Why wont my car crank after all power lost and died driving down freeway?

Question

Transmission had been slipping for a while in the lower gears. It died driving down interstate. Like something locked up on it.

P0770 Shift solenoid E malfunction

P0710 Transmission fluid temperature sensor A circuit

Neither one of theses code will cause the condition of a no start,  Battery terminal cables has to be looked at ,Open fuseable links . these code would not cause the engine to loose all power,and cause the engine to stall .
