I am getting P0152 on my car. Is the only solution is to get the B2 S1 sensor replaced? Can it be reseated and see it it works?

Is it easy to work on my own or is it really a mechanic's job?
Vehicle: 2006, Holden Captiva, CG, 3.2L

The O2 sensor is the most common issue, but here are some other possible issues.
