What is code p0001 on 2004 Nissan Sentra 2.5L SE R spec 5? I also have a P0420

The service manual doesn't provide any info for a P0001 code on this model year. The P0420 code is for the catalyst working below efficiency. Basically the computer is not happy with the way the converter is working and it will likely need to be replaced.

The generic description for the P0001 code is the fuel volume regulator control circuit. This is not something nissan has on their cars.
