code p2097 on 2005 dodge dakota v8

i cant seem to get this code to clear replaced both down stream ot senors as and it keeps coming back. any sugestions

You could be pulling this code if the engine is running to rich. It's possible the front O2 sensor is causing this, but it's also possible you need a tune up or new air filter.
