Keep getting this code even though ive changed the speed sensor, and cluster wiring harness?

Ive sunk almost a grand trying to fix this issue. Ill drive it and it will just shift gears and wont accelerate untill i let off the gas or turn off the car. Please help.

You let off the fuel  or turn off to accelerate, you have a internal hydraulic problem with the transmission, this is not a senor , it may code a input sensor or out put sensor  , the option you replace the transmission , you can add a transmission additive it may depending how worn the transmission is
