p1346 - c1241 toyota avanza1.5g 2010

hi
i have toyota avanza 1.5g 2010
and i have the code p1346-C1241
vvt sensor/camshaft position sensor range or prefemence cercut
the car is working but not normal jest on 1 and 2 gear
whene i take off the ciapls from the battry about 3 min the take it back
the car its working good with 1-2-3-4 gear
i think the problem caming from the battry
