how can I fix code p0505 on a 2002 Toyota rav4

I keep getting the code p0505 and my car won't idle correctly at all. I noticed that I had a blown fuse for efi3 so I replaced it. The Rav 4 ran great all night the. My wife went to drive it the next day go my down the street and it did it again. I checked the efi3 fuse and sure enough it was blown again

You definitely  have a short the EFI3 fuse goes to the 02 sensor and the IAC valve , the canister closed valve check the harness connection of the 02 sensor for any wire shorting to power and the IAC shorting to power here the diagram that you would have to trace to find power short to ground
