Don't understand the 2007 Chevy Avalanche P0171 Code.

Question

It has a 5.3L motor.  Just had throttle position sensor and pedal position sensor replaced.  Just had the fuel induction service performed 2 days prior.  Dealership also did service to the engine control module.
