P0886 - TCM Power Relay Control Circuit Low

I have this problem since couple of months and I try to find any information about it online but I cannot anything...

my car has been sitting all winter  and now that i,m driving it again  i,m having this problem  .. i just read a story  about a guys volswagen  baack  passenger  side floor board  getting wet  which cause the wiring  under the carpet to get wet and short out his (tcm) transmission control module . from the water. well i just checked my back passengerside floor and it was full of water that had soak threw th carpet. i have located the wiring  underneath  the front pessenger seat and it does run underneath the floor carpet  i,m in the process of drying everything up.and  checking the wiring ,to make sure it  is okay because there is electric al tape around it  which is also wet.  hopefully this will fix  the problem  make sure try all the connections and the tcm box,as well .maybe then the engin light will go off.  hope this is helpful it was for me.
