where would you find the parts to fix the error code P0756 ?

I have a 96 ford explorer when driving the vehicle i have to let go of the gas pedal and wait for the acceleration arm to go all the way down in order for it to switch gears . So i check if it had any error codes and it gave me the P0756. Any thoughts where i could get  the part or even tools on repairing it.
Vehicle: 1996 Ford Explorer and V6 Engine
