Already replaced 2 catalyst converters & all 4 o2 sensors On a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT?

Question

If all 4 o2 Sensors were replaced including both Catalyst Converters, why would my engine light keep coming on with the engine code P0430?

There any exhaust leak prior to the catalytic convertor? This would set a catalytic code, The best way to approach this is to check the function of the rear 02 sensor

​ A good catalytic convertor (provided that the rear 02 sensor is functioning properly) it rear 02 sensor will be above 650 mv and not stay below 650mv
