What are codes P0761 P2702 and what do I do to fix it?

I have a 2008 ford f350 with h&s mini maxx tuner. Replaced transmission with an ATS Performance transmission. Immediately upon picking it up it was shifting hard. Get about 15 miles down the road it shifted down hard and wouldn't get out of 2nd. I'm getting codes P0761 and P2702.

P0761 SSPC-C Clutch or solenoid failure - off

P2702 Intermediate clutch failed on or off

With this code you will not have 3rd or 4th gear, this is the reason you will not get out of 2nd gear, The max tuner is not going to prevent the intermediate from turning on, You have 2 code both stating the clutch solenoid is not turning on , the transmission solenoid pack you will need to test for power at the transmission
