P1607 PCM Internal shut down timer slow rationality
This code P1607 is not going to cause the drive ability that you have , it mostly connected to the engine cool down when the engine is off, and related to the engine temperature sensor . As for P0123 you have a loss of the 5 volts to the TPS, the only you can determine this is by measuring its 5 volts circuit to the TPS,
Here at this diagram the 5 volts is listed as S102 this 5 volts is also shared with the Cam sensor and the Crank sensor, if either of the sensor is shorting the 5 volts it would cause the engine to stall and not necessarily set a cam or crank code, This is where the history of any code condition that may have been set will help in determining the cause of the problem , other than that you have to measure its 5 volts to the throttle body to determine the cause,
