Got a P0123 code. Replaced the throttle body and the car still does the same thing. Runs for about a minute then it starts shuddering and dies. Turn the switch of for a few seconds and it starts back up and I get the same results again. If I push the throttle pedal it responds and revs the engine but it will still die after about a minute. Could this possibly be a faulty PCM? Also got a p1607 code

P1607 PCM Internal shut down timer slow rationality

This code P1607  is not going to cause the drive ability that you have , it mostly connected to the engine cool down when the engine is off, and  related to the engine temperature sensor . As for P0123 you have a loss of the 5 volts to the TPS, the only you can determine this is by measuring its 5 volts circuit to the TPS,

Here at this diagram the 5 volts is listed as S102 this 5 volts is also shared with the Cam sensor and the Crank sensor, if either of the sensor is shorting the 5 volts it would cause the engine to stall and not necessarily set a cam or crank code, This is where the history of any code condition that may have been set will help in determining the cause of the problem , other than that you have to measure its 5 volts to the throttle body to determine the cause,
