Car won't start has the P0001 code. Please help

Question

I have replaced the fuel pump and crank shaft sensor and the car will not start. I can jump the fuel pump and it will start, but if you connect it back up it will not start. Any ideas?

Different scan tool read different when it comes to P0001, on certain scan tool it would show P0171 or any lean bank code. Hopefully it just the fuel pump relay that is faulty, that or the main relay. those area should be check first then toward the ignition switch (electrical part)
