This code means the bank 2 catalyst is working below efficiency. This means the converter is not cleaning the exhaust as well as it should be. Sometimes this is due to the rear O2 sensor, bt in most cases it means you need to replace the bank 2 converter. Bank 2 is the bank closest to the radiator.
