P0751 Solenoid stuck off.. Can I reset or "wake" it up...or do I need to replace solenoid???

Fluid looks clean , check the transmission filter, this code is more a internal mechanical condition , just putting a solenoid may not solve the problem if its cost effective for putting in a solenoid it may be worth it.
