P0135: If I reset the code and it takes time to come back on (20 minutes of driving +/-)

Question

Does that mean the fuse isn't bad and connectors aren't bad?Top connector looks in good shape but I haven't (been able) to take it apart. What should I do first?

P0135 H02S heater circuit malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 1

This code condition is just that the heater circuit of the 02 sensor,  the heater element is what fails  when a 02 sensor degrade over time and use, the fix is to replace the 02 sensor
