2007 toyota camry le code 1034 with rough running engine

Hello, I just purchased a 2007 Toyota camry le with 91,000 miles. the check engine light came on so I took it back to the private dealer I got it from. he said it was an o2 sensor and replaced it. the next day it came on again. called dealer back , he said bring it by again. I went to the store and it started running rough and had hardly any power and the check engine light flashed 10 times, paused, then flashed 34 times. can anybody help me with what this code is and is it wise to drive the car 38 miles back to the dealer??? thanks in advance, J.G.

P1034 02 sensor no activity

This code will not cause your engine to have no power and run rough, this is a result of the engine activity, what has to be measure is voltage going to the ignition coil, if it is not up to specification you have a ecm problem,you will not be able to drive the vehicle this happens unexpectedly
