Hi there,

The codes are for misfires on cylinder 2 and cylinder 5. This would explain the loss of power when trying to pull hills.Depending on the engine in the truck this may be an issue with a couple of coils or the truck could use a tune up. I would also check for intake manifold gasket leaks as well.
