how to P0A94 dtc

My rx400h won't drive for more than 30sec after it's readiness, before it stops it pops up CHECK HYBRID SYSTEM and CHECK VSC SYSTEM  and i diagnose the vehicle and it reads  (P0A94 D/C D/C PERFORMANCE ) please any idea on how,to fix this?

When you set a P0A94 there should be a 3 digit number that comes right after it. There should be a total of 22 P0A94 such as P0A94 - 442 thru P0A94 - 590. Just to let you know the IPM ( intelligent power module) inside the invertor module was recalled
