Changed vvt solenoids same problem

Question

I replaced vvt solenoids on a 05 maxima , the front one was easy back one kind of sucks , due to having to lift intake . erased code and drove it 5 miles light came back on . should I change oil ? And maybe do a engine flush  , or should I worry that light came back on so fast ?

P0011 IVT control

The code that is set is for Bank 1 , this code is a performance problem , power is given to it to change and nothing happens. I would be a good idea to change oil and note the color , no grayish looking oil. . You may have to direct test the IVT solenoid for proper operation,
