I red that a weak battery could trigger this code could this be possible ?? and could this derive from a mistake at the time of the time belt replacement

It is possible a weak battery or weak starter is causing this code. Most of the time the timing belt will not cause this code, but a bad signal plate after timing belt replacement can. Here is some more info on the code for you.
