why is my car shaking?

it's shaking when I'm under 40 but told it's misfiring bc it's running on only 5 cylinders what can't it be the spark plugs? I mean the car runs good I k now my muffler needs to be replaced but other than that car runs good just shakes a lot when at a stop sign

When a engine has a misfire a cylinder or cylinder are not contributing, this can be sparkplug, sparkplug wires and even a ignition coil, to even a mechanical condition. You can check each sparkplug a note the one that is different from the rest of the sparkplug , this would give you a indication of what cylinder is misfiring
