my sonata starts only after 3 attemps in the morrning

Question

my car was brokendown and i found no fuel was coming to the fuel rail so i replaced the fuel pump it didnt work so i found a blown fuse the new fuel pump worked ok.
put now i am facing a problem that in the morrning the car will only start after 3 attemps of cranking the engine please do you have any advise ?
by using the obd i cameup with the follwing:
p0230 fuel pump primary circuit.

For the first step replace the fuel pump relay located in the engine fuse / relay box.
