I changed fuel pump for p0460 engine light still on what next?

some days the gas gage will show how much fuel sometimes no. I cannot pass an emmission test with engine lite on.

P0463 Fuel level sensor circuit high input

The connection to the fuel pump sending unit , there no open circuit , if the new sending unit is doing the same the instrument cluster is the next area to suspect. especially if it works sometimes and sometimes not.
