how can this be repaired code 441 and 440 on Dodge stratus 1994

Is this a simple fix or do i have to take it to the shop for repair?? is it expensive

P0440 Evaporative emission system control malfunction

P0441Evap purge flow monitor failure

The first step is check the vacuum hose for the purge solenoid. or the vacuum hose connection for the purge solenoid. If the vacuum hose is rupture or leaking replace it, This may just be a simple repair

​ Here a purge valve with out a proper vacuum source will set a P0441,
