I have a short in my 2001 honda lx and its reading P0560 what would the chips or circuit cost

When I put it in drive it does not drive at times and you hear the car rev like it wants to go but it doesn't at times I have to turn the car on an off

P0560 ECM back up circuit low voltage

If you put the transmission in drive and there no drive gear at times, you have a transmission concern rather than a P0560. Even if you resolve a P0560 you would still have the transmission issue. what you have is 2 separate issue, To start to fix a P0560 check the fuse in the under dash fuse box listed as Fuse 13 if it is open replace it.
