Why would a Honda Fit code P0562 (charging system low voltage) would cause a stall in traffic?

Just stalled, then was hard to restart, then went few hundred yards and stalled again: this is AFTER  a long highway trip (2 hours).  Battery not old.

The alternator has to be checked , this is the reason for the code condition, have the alternator checked, if below charging specification have the alternator replaced.
