P1127 TOYOTA - what is this code and how do i fix it?

Hi, my 2002 Camry Le is throwing a code P1127....what is this and how can i fix it? Thanks.

hi thiscan be caused by several factor but the common one is removal of thermostat. thus 1,check if the thermostat is in or removed

                              2 check if the thermo switch is ok and if the cooling fans operates only when optimum temp is attainned

                               3 change o2 sensor in exhaust pipe near and aunder drivers seats position
