installed new EGR valve and a month later Code 1404 comes up what else could cause this code?

Installed New egr valve and cleaned the up tube to upper intake , reset check engine light and code P1404 came up about 30 days later

P1404 EGR sensor rationality

​Here a P1404 on a Dodge which set a P1404, With the intake tube block off and the EGR tube disconnected. The engine is running, Here scan tool was used to open the EGR valve, The problem that set the code was where the EGR gas , Remove the EGR clean out the EGR port to the cylinder head there is where it tends to carbon up.
