Took car to oil change and now check engine light is on code says P0022

Took car to economy oil for oil change - BAD CHOICE - within 40 miles I had o oil and oil light came on.  I put in 4qt of oil to get home and check engine light went on.  Went this morning back and they had to fix a seal that was not done correctly when they did the oil change but check engine light is still on.  Autozone down the street told me the code is P00022 and cannot be reset has to do with a cam shaft - what does this mean?  Is it because the oil change was done incorrectly and damaged something else?

P0022 Intake camshaft position timing - over advanced (Bank 2)

Your not going to able to clear this code, the ECM looks for open circuit, short circuit, grounds, what you have is a VCT 2 solenoid resistance that is different , You will need to change the VCT 2 solenoid regardless if it test any good.
