I have a 2006 g35 coupe one day i was driving home radio went out i pulled over turned the car off turned it back on the radio came back on. I pulled over at a gas station turned the car off but kept it turned to second position. Filled up my car went to start car didn't start. I had someone jump it which took a total of 10mins for cables to sit then car started drove home turned car off to see if it would start again and i didn't start. After checking out some things, my spark plugs aren't getting any spark. I changed the cam sensor, battery, alt, spark plugs, and the car doesn't turn over. I check if it's getting fuel, its getting fuel the pump is working. IDK what else it could be all fuses check out good. the fuse box on foot of driver the one in front of the battery and the fuse box to the right of the battery all fuses are good. the car cranks but won't turn over. Like i said the spark plugs have no spark. Idk why. I spoke to someone they said it could be a ground wire.

any suggestions or should i just take it to infinit.

The ignition spark is created when the ECM see a CKP (crank position ) signal, Without this signal there will be no spark. The location of the CKP is under the vehicle located near the oil pan, check for a good connection
