my start engine light is on and the code is p0300

when i start my car as soon as i put it in drive the engine starts to shake, what would this issue be?

Unfortunately there are many things that could cause the P0300 code, spark plugs, fuel injectors, bad gas, head gasket and ignition coils are common problems. I suggest starting by performing a compression test to check the head gasket, it's a bit common for the the 2.5L Altimas to have problems with the head gasket. If the head gasket its OK, then you should replace the spark plugs.
